Role Overview:
As the Operations Head - NCR, you'll lead and scale all aspects of our city operations - driving revenue, managing clinic performance, building high-performing teams, and ensuring world-class patient experience.
Role Summary
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will own customer acquisition across digital platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, and more). You will lead our paid media strategy, track CACs, optimize ROI, and collaborate closely with content, sales, and tech teams to drive qualified leads and new patient conversions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
- Own performance marketing roadmap across channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, Programmatic)
- Define customer acquisition strategy by city and service vertical (Knee, Spine, Diabetes, etc.)
- Build full-funnel strategies for prospecting, retargeting, and remarketing
2. Execution & Optimization
- Run high-budget ad campaigns with focus on CAC < LTV, cost per lead, and ROAS
- A/B test creatives, copies, landing pages, CTAs
- Optimize campaigns in real time to hit daily/monthly KPIs
- Integrate with CRM, automation tools for lead nurturing & retargeting
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Track CAC, ROAS, CPQL, CPL - city-wise & vertical-wise
- Build dashboards using Google Analytics, Meta tools, Looker Studio, etc.
- Present weekly/monthly growth reviews to leadership
4. Team & Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, content writers, and video editors for high-performing creatives
- Collaborate with Sales and Clinic Ops to align lead quality, feedback loop
- Coordinate with Product & Tech team for landing page and tracking improvements
Key Metrics to Own:
- CAC (by city, vertical, channel)
- CPL / CPQL
- ROAS & LTV
- Conversion rate from lead to patient
- Lead show-up rate (Clinic visits or online consults)
