Role Overview:

As the Operations Head - NCR, you'll lead and scale all aspects of our city operations - driving revenue, managing clinic performance, building high-performing teams, and ensuring world-class patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinic Sales & Operations:

- Own P&L for all NCR clinics

- Drive enrollment, extension, and revenue targets

- Implement process SOPs for sales, therapy, and follow-ups

- Ensure seamless clinic operations and high Px (patient experience)

City Marketing & Growth:

- Plan and execute local awareness campaigns

- Monitor lead quality and conversions

- Coordinate with central team for creatives, ads, and performance reporting

Team Building & Training:

- Hire and onboard clinic specialists, PCEs, and support staff

- Train CSs and doctors on protocol adherence and relief tracking

- Build a performance culture with weekly reviews and KPIs

Expansion:

- Identify locations for new clinic openings

- Manage infrastructure readiness, team hiring, and launch coordination

What We're Looking For:

- Education: MBBS/BAMS/BHMS + MBA

- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or multi-site operations preferred

- Sales mindset with execution rigor

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and performance accountability
