Job Title: Research Associate –UK Financial Services

Reports to: Global Leader – Financial Services in London & to research head in India

The position

- The position will be a core member of the UK Financial Services practice group based in London, UK.

- The Research Associate partners Consultants in all aspects of business development and search execution. He/She focuses on providing timely, informed, industry specific knowledge both on the marketplace and on key executives directly impacting the Consultants’ ability to win business and close client mandates.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

The successful candidate should have a proven track record of delivering high quality research within a professional services, search or corporate environment. He/She will have experience of working on international engagements in a professional services environment. He/She will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of research methodologies and tools. Successful candidates will have covered the Financial services sector in their previous role and or have a good understanding of the sector.
