Research Associate/Analyst/Senior Analyst - KPO

Position of Research Associate / Research Analyst/Sr Research Analyst for a leading KPO client:

Experience: 1 to 4 years

Designation : Depending upon experience

Qualification: MBA(Finance) or CA or CFA

Salary: Not a constraint

Primary Responsibilities:

Your primary duties as Research Analyst will include (in descending order of importance):

1] Perform extensive primary and secondary research to build a detailed understanding of the target market, industry, company or opportunity

2] Analyze and synthesize research findings to develop valuable insights and strategic recommendations for our global clients

3] Design and create error-free, client-ready presentations in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, and Excel

4] Working with artificial intelligence / machine learning experts to develop innovative and automated research solutions.

Skills Sets

- A good academic background.

- Good command on English (especially on writing skills).

- Good analytical skills and ability to work on different projects/different teams.

- High level of attention to detail.

- Experience of writing of financial reports would be an added advantage.

- Knowledge of programming languages such as VBA macros, JAVA would be an added advantage
