- Assist in driving the effectiveness of the office of the Talent Acquisition function by preparing and maintaining reports/documents/presentations, conducting business & financial research, and managing communication with business stakeholders.
- Drives agenda/actions for all forums chaired by Talent Acquisition leader.
- Research and help with strategy and key initiatives.
- MIS & Dashboards
- Prepare periodic updates for Board, Executive, and Operating Management on strategic objectives, steering councils and related senior leadership forums on all key strategic initiatives and functional aspects
- Manage and maintain an organization-wide portfolio of functional capabilities and initiatives, upkeep of centralized repositories.
Key Expectations :
- Ability to keep updated on the markets we operate in via research, analysis, and interviews.
- Conduct secondary research on key competitors, market trends, and industry outlook
- Source, design and visualize data necessary to support decision making. Create powerful narratives
- Ability to understand and derive insight from financial data including scenario modeling
- Drafting communication and presentations for senior stakeholders that include the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
Education Requirements :
- Minimum of Bachelors in any business-related or quantitative discipline; MBA preferred
- Candidates with other backgrounds can be assessed for fit and willingness to learn if they show the right inclination
