Job Description:

- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and purchasing behavior in the large appliances, tech-based products, and SaaS software sectors

- Design and execute custom surveys, diving deeper into specific areas of interest such as appliance usage patterns, customer satisfaction levels, and emerging market trends.

- Synthesize data from multiple sources to derive insights into consumer preferences and buying behaviour

- Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings to internal teams and external stakeholders

- Develop a scientific ranking mechanism or recommendation system based on key features and their importance for each category
