Research Analyst - Real Estate

Our client is a leading real estate developing group in India. They are looking for a Research Analyst for their Real Estate (hotels) business.

Requirement

- Experienced management consultant, strategist and advisor with comprehensive knowledge & experience of Hospitality Industry in India.

- Keen ability to understand, analyze, solve, monitor and advise on business problems, generate strategic & customer insights, make proactive decisions, evaluate industry, market entry strategies, market size estimation, competitors mapping, business analysis and engineer complex business issues.

Job Location: Mumbai

CTC: Best as per Industry Standards

Experience: 5+ years of experience as business analyst/business strategist/ corporate strategist in Hospitality Industry

Job Responsibilities

- Developing detailed strategy, business and marketing plans to for hotel businesses

- Developing market assessment, mapping and market entry strategies for hotel industry

- Initiate and develop data collection model to conduct primary research

- Develop hotel 'exit' and 'entry' strategies, revenue enhancement and customer communication plans

- Crafting framework for mapping and benchmarking hotels on critical parameters hence improving efficiency and revenues

- Develop a flexible 'Break-Even Point' MS-excel model to cognize BEP revenue requirements at hotel and corporate level

- Continuously monitoring hotel businesses and provided strategic insights with recommendations to the Business Head

- Mapping current & future market potentials, service gaps, price points, brand awareness, competitors profiling;

- Designing unique services offerings for upscale 4 star business hotels through extensive secondary research

- Developing innovative and unique research designs to profile customers of upscale 4 star business hotels via primary research

- Shaping the market entry evaluation and estimation of market size for distribution of Mutual Funds & Housing finance products

- Creating insights on the Real Estate industry suggest strategic recommendations on the project plans
