Research Analyst - KPO

Research Leadership:

- Independently manage the research process from hypothesis generation to data collection and analysis.

- Lead the design and execution of primary/secondary research studies to validate hypotheses.

- Work with third party research and other service providers to complete projects

- Develop and implement research methodologies and protocols.

- Work closely with consultants, marketing team and other stakeholders to align research activities with organizational goals.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to derive meaningful conclusions.

- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and publications to communicate research findings.

- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of research data.

Required Competencies:

- Strong quantitative and analytical skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in statistical software and research tools
