1. Publish high quality research on all the NCLT (IBC) cases, regarding companies facing distressed debt situations, capture all the relevant details about the case e.g.
(a) Who is the applicant
(b) Who is the respondent
(c) Resolution professional
(d) Details of the loan structure etc.
(e) Details about COC (committee of creditors)
2. Keeping all the NCLT (IBC) cases development upto date in chronological order. We need all the details to be captured like interim orders, IA's and the final orders. All information needs to fact checked against source documents.
3. Provide an analysis on the collected information. Be able to explain all the judgments (interim and final) and simplify it for it to be easily understood by the readers.
