Corporate Strategy Research Analyst Role & Responsibilities : - Conduct primary research and gather business data in support of strategic themes - Assist in analyzing data to identify root causes of problems and formulate & test hypotheses - Help communicate findings to a variety of stakeholders to drive decision-making across Redaptive Must-Have Skills : - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with all levels of the organization - Master's in economics, finance, business administration or related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in a relevant role (e.g., Corporate Development, Strategy, Consulting) - Capability to perform complex research and evaluate source quality & data accuracy - Track record of diligence & follow-through - Demonstrated experience creating materials that helped gain buy-in via analytics and effective communication - Excellent problem-solving with thorough analyses - Advanced degree in an analytical field (e.g., statistics, economics, finance) Nice to have : - Comfort supporting multiple independent workstreams in the context of broader initiatives - Creativity in problem-solving - Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
