Head -Finance and Accounts 1) Monthly Financial Performance, MIS & Reporting: - Monthly Project wise Profit and Loss statement - Variance analysis of profit and loss account as compared to last year actuals, budget and current years actual. - Debtors Ageing, Inventory ageing. 2) Treasury: - Working Capital Analysis with trend analysis of Debtors Turnover - Monitor the inflow / outflow of funds, ensuring optimum utilization of available funds - Cash flow Management in order to optimize investment yield while minimizing realized losses by effectively managing investment maturities based on anticipated cash flow needs 3) Preparation of Budget (Annual and Monthly): Seeking Information from the business head, consolidation of Budget, preparation of profit and loss statement. 4) Additional: - Handling Statutory Audit, Internal Audit - Handling Import Transaction - Internal check on policies & procedures - Monthly closing of books of accounts
