Job Role
1) Developing and managing print requirements of clients based in Europe, UK, Africa and American markets.
2) Travelling extensively to meet International Clients and prospective buyers in their offices and attending various International Trade Fairs.
3) Looking after costing and negotiating with clients for finalization of price and orders.
4) Follow up for orders, delivery schedule and payments with clients and co-ordination with production and dispatch department for execution of orders.
5) Development of new markets. Providing feedback for enhancement of production capacities.
6) Act as the escalation point for any customer issues & ensure customer delight.
7) End- to-end process handling bearing in mind end deliverables to customers.
8) SEM optimization to search and participate in new tenders.
9) Finalization of tender documents for participation and successful bid submission.
10) Payment collection and customer complaints management.
11) Finalization of the LC terms and all export sales documents for smooth shipping and payment receivables without discrepancies
Candidate Profile -
1) MBA from a Reputed University.
2) 12-15 years of Experience in International Sales of Print and Allied solutions to Publishers and Corporates across the UK, USA and African Markets.
3) Proven experience in providing need-based printing solutions to clients.
4) Should have managed international clientele for Sales & Customer Relations to increase the revenue.
5) Exposure to Designing, developing, and implementing International Marketing strategies for new as well as old clients for Book Fairs and Exhibitions.
6) Should have exposure to representing the organization at International Book Fairs and Exhibitions.
