Position Title : Reporting & Analytics Manager

Location : Bangalore

JD for Reporting and Analytics Manager –

Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate with different teams to determine requirements for data warehousing, reporting and analytical solutions.

- Develop and manage the creation and dissemination of reports and performance dashboards.

- Coordinate with Onshore and operations personnel to gather data, determine metrics and benchmarks and validate effectuality of data.

- Contribute in supporting development of business case.

- Create and execute test cases for important website features and analyze results.

- Maintain high quality levels in reporting by applying statistical measurements to quality parameters.

- Gather information regarding client’s business strategies.

- Create different business scenarios, methods and innovative analysis of available data to develop solutions.

- Respond to client issues immediately before they develop into customer complaints.

- Determine data sets required for solution as required by clients/business.

- Create customized and user friendly reports view to represent business level information.

- Handle a team size of 3-6 reporting and analytics employees.

Skills required (The role is more on the lines of analytics expertise driven and less of reporting)

- Understanding of the Energy & utilities market – Desirable

- Candidate should be open to work early morning shift starting 3:30 AM

- Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills

- Ability to work under pressure and come up with ideas on improvement

- Good problem solving skills

- GB certification - Desirable

Mandatory skills required:

- Business objects XI

- Advanced SQL skills

- Advanced RDBMS/DBMS skills ( Oracle/MS Access skills )

- Advanced Excel including VBA skills

- Automation expertise
