Reporting Analyst - Financial Accounting

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Responsible for the full-cycle finance operations of a group of entities.

Financial Records Management :

- Maintain accurate books and records for all transactions involving the on-shore asset manager.

Reconciliations :

- Perform and review regular bank and account reconciliations, identifying and rectifying discrepancies. Conduct intercompany reconciliations across business groups and regional entities.

Quarterly Reporting :

- Assist with quarterly reporting and consolidating results of asset management operations.

Analysis and Reporting :

- Prepare various analyses and reports for senior management to support business decision-making.

Documentation :

- Maintain organized and well-documented policies and procedure documents.

Process Improvement :

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in bookkeeping and financial reporting.

To be eligible for this role you will require :

- Chartered accountant with two- five years of experience working in a corporate accounting or audit firm, preferably in financial services or asset management.

- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).

- Very strong attention to detail.

- Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive in managing workload and professional development.

- Hands on experience in Dynamics 365 and Complex legal structures would be an advantage.
