Position Description :

- The Reporting Analyst 1 (Offshore-IND) will often interface with employees and specific members of the Human Capital organization across all of the Centers of Excellence (COE).
All are IC roles, but will work closely with the end users.
Work Schedule : 11am - 8:30pm
Primary Responsibilities :
- Partner in transition & stabilization of process from US to India
- Develop daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports based on scheduled requests, and internal and external customer submitted requests
- Keep the list of Reporting Inventory up to date
- Identify ongoing process improvement opportunities and demonstrate improvement of defined processes in consultation with stakeholders
Prioritize requests :
- Collaborates with Human Capital and business leaders on ad hoc and standard reporting requests
- Create dashboards from operational data when required and do analysis based on various HR metrics like Hires and Turnover reports
- Review, test and implement system updates
- Establish and monitor processes to assess the quality of HR data
- Research and identify root causes for problems and own the resolution
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees
- Troubleshoot and work with IT departments on all system related initiatives, upgrades and enhancements
- Collaborate with HR communities in the support of HR Business initiatives
- Other projects as assigned
Requirements :

Required Qualifications:
Education: BA or BS, Graduate or Post Graduate
Experience range: 4 - 5 years
- Experience in HR Reporting, Talent Acquisition or Learning & Development domain
- Should have done validation work in HR data (Should be aware of headcount, attrition)
- Experience with US business with good understanding of U.S.A. policies and regulations
Knowledge of at least one Reporting tool and basic SQL programming language
- Should have generated dashboards which has been created in Excel or in Tableau (Tableau is not mandatory)
-Intermediate level knowledge of relational databases
- Ability to research issues, investigate the data accuracy, and perform quality checks
- Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Additional advantage if experience on any visualization tool like Tableau, Qlikview
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others
- Should be confident
- Shift to be coordinated with U.S.A. and India management
- All work requires knowledge of U.S.A. company policies and U.S.A. regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Database structures and design, systems design, data management
- Experience with a variety of reporting tools
- Experience working in a matrixed organization for different functions
- Experience with Big Data
