Position Description :

The Reporting Analyst 1 (Offshore-IND) will often interface with employees and specific members of the Human Capital organization across all of the Centers of Excellence (COE).
Work Schedule: 2:30pm - 12:00pm
Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner in transition & stabilization of process from US to India
- Develop daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports based on scheduled requests, and internal and external customer submitted requests
- Keep the list of Reporting Inventory up to date
- Identify ongoing process improvement opportunities and demonstrate improvement of defined processes in consultation with stakeholders
- Collaborates with Human Capital and business leaders on ad hoc and standard reporting requests
- Create dashboards from operational data when required and do analysis based on various HR metrics like Hires and Turnover -reports.
- Create Visually interactive dashboards and provide insights to the authorized stakeholders
- Collaborate with US HR Analytics team & partner in transitioning predictive analytics reporting from US to India
- Review, test and implement system updates
- Establish and monitor processes to assess the quality of HR data
- Research and identify root causes for problems and own the resolution
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees
- Troubleshoot and work with IT departments on all system related initiatives, upgrades and enhancements
- Collaborate with HR communities in the support of HR Business initiatives
- Other projects as assigned
Requirements :

Required Qualifications :
- BA or BS, Graduate or Post Graduate
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Total work experience of 4-5 years
- Should have experience in HR Reporting or reporting on any of the HR vertical
- Should have experience with US business with good understanding of U.S.A. policies and regulations
- Knowledge of at least one Reporting tool and basic SQL programming language
- Intermediate level knowledge of relational databases
- Ability to research issues, investigate the data accuracy, and perform quality checks
- Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience on any visualization tools like Tableau, Qlikview
- Experience on working in Statistical tools like R, SAS, SPSS
- Should have experience in Predictive & statistical analysis
- Exposure of Big data
- Intermediate level of proficiency in PowerPoint
- Should be confident & should have good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others
Preferred Qualifications :
- Major in Statistics
- Experience with a variety of reporting tools
- Interactive dashboard development with Visualization tools
- Predictive analysis
- Experience working in a matrixed organization for different functions
- Experience with Big Data
