Position Overview :

The Marketplace Manager will effectively liaison with internal and external stakeholders to scale our global partnerships and solution integration marketplaces. The role will be responsible for devising successful GTM strategies to identify, onboard and educate channel partners/ integration marketplaces to market Replicon solutions. A successful Marketplace Manager should be able to drive demand and improve our existing marketplace relationships to maximize pipeline and revenue goals.

In addition to ensuring that our existing integration marketplace relationships are set up for success, the Marketplace Manager will be responsible for identifying and unlocking newer partner acquisition channels, establish win-win relationships and educate partners on Replicon offerings to be able to achieve shared success. The role demands keen business acumen and extensive collaboration with internal stakeholders from engineering, legal, sales and product marketing teams. The role reports to the Director of Demand Generation and will contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

You should either be working or be flexible to work during the North American Shifts.

- A lot of creative work of analyzing trends and results, while simultaneously thinking creatively about improvements and strategies to optimize a Marketplace campaign.

You have:

- 8+ years of total experience, of which not less than 2 / 3 years experience in successfully managing channel partners and integration marketplaces for B2B SaaS product companies.

- Good understanding of different channel partnership models reseller, marketplaces, affiliates etc.

- Ability to repurpose and write compelling SEO validated marketing content for marketplace listing pages.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills, creative and willing to take on challenges in an agile business.

- Ability to collaborate and work effectively within cross-functional teams, both internal and external including sales, data analysts, partners, engineering, product management etc.

What you'll do:

- Monitor and optimize existing Marketplaces where Replicon is listed and find methods of Lead Generation and growth.

- Responsible for supporting the team in analyzing, reporting, and managing the different Marketplaces that Replicon is listed in and plan for future Marketplaces.

- Design a strategy around generating leads from existing marketplaces by collaborating with PM team, Partnership Specialist and Data Analyst.

- Improvise processes around the existing marketplaces and comprehend changes to increase lead generation.

- Involve in finding new marketplaces and coordinate with PM and engineering team to setup the flow.

- Monitor and review Marketplaces for content optimization.

- Coordinate with different teams to analyze the growth and changes around these Marketplaces.

- Contribute new ideas or plan of action towards marketing activities like webinars, campaigns, marketplaces, and websites.

- Execute Marketplace strategy based on agreed upon parameters leveraging a team of Partner Marketing Specialists using data and process in specific regions.

- Participate and contribute to the growth of Marketplace channel strategy.

- Tracking daily, weekly & monthly KPI's to identify opportunities for improvement in performance & regularly reporting to management.

- Audit and validate the work of specialists and analysts.

- Build an effective team and continually recruit to keep staffing level stable optimum.

- Oversee the team of Partner Marketing Specialists - Mentor, manage and train the team members.
