Position Overview :  - Replicon seeks an experienced Sales Operations executive to join its team in Bangalore as a Director - Sales Operations and contribute to the global sales team leadership.  - In this role you will lead a sales operations team and will play a key role in sales strategy development, project planning and execution, sales forecasting and reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales training, sales program implementation, and sales compensation design and administration for a rapidly expanding, global SaaS provider.  Key Responsibilities :  - In close collaboration with senior sales management, monitor and increase the overall productivity and effectiveness of the global sales organization.   - Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that appropriate objectives and priorities are established within the sales organization  - Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, budgeting and reporting processes used within the sales organization, working closely with other functions and stakeholders as required  - Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and reporting consistency  - Coordinate training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support functions  - Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales projects, SPIFF's and incentive compensation programs  - Foster close, cooperative relationships with peer leaders, sales management, and other sales support functions  - Manage a departmental team of 3 members   Qualifications :  - Ideal candidates will have a proven track record working in a high growth, dynamic company, building out a successful Sales Operations practice in a global environment  - Overall experience of 8+ yrs. with 3 to 5 yrs. as a Sales Operations Leader working closely with the Executive team and developing strategies that impacted Sales Productivity  - Strong people manager with hands on experience in a sales operations manager role  - Excellent communication skills  - Strong analytic skills  - Should have at least 6 years in IT sales; software or professional services sales functions  - Experience working in the software, software-as-a-service (SaaS), cloud software or similar industry will be a value added  - Hands on experience in developing specific strategies for an off-shore and field Sales teams
