- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of service,
- As an active voice of customer ,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations,customer support,and Logistics to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer experience/support with hands- on experience of handling sales/support associates
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in mentoring and motivating a team of sales associates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strict adherence to store timings
- Knowledge of data entry and proficiency in excel or Google sheets
- Should be technologically sound
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
