Employee Engagement (key focus):
- Creation of Employee engagement calendar post discussion with the relevant HR stakeholders and ensure budgeting, planning, organization of events across locations of Renew buy Offices.
- Design and deliver Employee Engagement activities for RenewBuy team including Virtual Team Building, Festival Activation and Employee Survey follow ups
- Deliver on CSR and Employee Health & Wellbeing Activity agenda for RenewBuy team
- Facilitate Team communication on important messages on PAN changes, HR Policies, Leadership Communications, etc.
- Manage a high-volume workload proactively to a consistently high standard, by setting priorities, objectives, and target dates.
- Manage multiple stakeholder meeting requests across time zones and speak with credibility to senior stakeholders and colleagues, including frequent interactions with RenewBuy management team, making effective prioritization decisions based on knowledge and understanding of priority activities and sensitivities.
