Territory Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive day-to-day sales activities to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct training sessions for sales teams to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage and oversee sales operations within the assigned territory.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven communication and customer service skills.
- Strong sales and sales management abilities.
- Experience in conducting training sessions for sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and develop actionable strategies.
- Knowledge of insurance and financial products is a plus
