Job Profile : Talent Acquisition Specialist is a specialized member of the HR team focusing on recruiting candidates that meet the job criteria.

- They serve as recruitment specialists for the company, leading the strategies and procedures for all aspects of the recruitment process.

- The goal is to anticipate the organization's needs based on growth, goals and change to get new employees in positions efficiently.

- Talent Acquisition Specialists work in all industries.

- As a representative of the company to potential applicants, they need to ensure a good candidate experience and convey the branding of your organization.

Roles/Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.

- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.

- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.

- Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and reference.

- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.

- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.

Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in a talent acquisition , tech roles or similar roles.

- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

- Proficiency with social media hiring, CV databases, and professional networks building.

- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.

- Proficient in IT profiles hiring - Java, C, C++, react js, angular, python, jira, Scrum, AWS, Full Stack Developer.

- Proficiency in documenting processes, MIS and keeping up with industry trends.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Minimum Required Qualification : Graduation/Post Graduation , Candidates with Tech specialization are preffered.
