Position Overview :

- We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Brand Engagement and Activation Specialist to join our marketing team.

- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance brand engagement and drive impactful activations.

- Your goal will be to build strong understanding of the target audience, create memorable brand experiences, and drive measurable results through innovative activation campaigns and brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Brand Engagement Strategy :

- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various channels including digital (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, communication automation tools), social media, events, and experiential marketing.

- Campaign Activation: Plan, execute, and manage digital brand activation campaigns that align with marketing objectives and enhance brand presence.

- This also includes non-digital activation activities such as coordinating events, promotions, and partnerships.

- Content Creation: Collaborate with Marketing agencies and the content team to create compelling and engaging creative that resonates with our audience and drives brand loyalty.

- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in brand engagement strategies.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of brand engagement initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and integration of brand activation efforts with overall marketing objectives.

- Budget Management: Assist in managing the budget for brand engagement and activation activities, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost efficiency.

- Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute brand activations and ensure high-quality delivery of services.

- Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand engagement and activation to continuously bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches.

Qualifications :

- Post Graduation - MBA

- Proven experience (5+ years) in brand engagement, activation, or a similar marketing role.

- Strong understanding of campaign management automation tool for communication and activation

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for creativity and problem-solving.

- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including Marketing CRM systems and analytics platforms.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications - Experience in BFSI
