Roles and Responsibilities : - Lead recruitment efforts for the business unit, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the business unit's needs.
- Implement performance management systems to assess employee performance, provide feedback, and support career growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations for workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development initiatives.
- Prepare reports and metrics to monitor HR metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.
- Welcome, orient and integrate new employees into an organization effectively.
- Must have worked on POSH, PIPs, daily manager biasness cases.
Experience Required : - 3-7 years experience required.
- Should have experience in Telecalling and Business Unit Management.
