1. Should have worked in a HR Analytics function for atleast 3 years.
2. Should have good communication and articulation skills
3. Qualification - could be a CA or MBA or Graduate/ B.Com .
5. Very strong excel skills
6. Experience managing huge data
7. Working experience with analysis tools like power BI/ python/ SQL etc would be an added advantage
8. Should be able to think laterally and throw insights on data, helping with data-based decision making
9. Has worked on financial as well as non- financial business data and metrics
10. Routine deliverables include Sales data insights, Retention metrics, Churn, Cohorts, Business Commentary, CAC, LTV etc.
