1. Should have worked in a Business Finance function in a start-up for atleast 1.5 years.

2. Start-up experience is must.

3. Should have good communication and articulation skills

4. Qualification - could be a CA or MBA or Graduate/B.Com from premier institute like NMIMS, SRCC, DU etc.

5. Very strong excel skills

6. Experience managing huge data

7. Working experience with analysis tools like power BI/ python/ SQL etc would be an added advantage

8. Should be able to think laterally and throw insights on data, helping with data-based decision making

9. Has worked on financial as well as non- financial business data and metrics

10. Routine deliverables include Sales data insights, Retention metrics, Churn, Cohorts, Business Commentary, CAC, LTV etc.

11. Partner with internal teams like tech, product, sales, business, operations, finance, HR etc. to ensure seamless flow of data for analysis and insights.
