AVP_Business Intelligence Role

Job Description for AVP/ CM Business Intelligence :

1. Should have led the Business Finance function in a start-up for at least 3 years.

2. Start-up experience is must.

3. Should have good communication and articulation skills

4. Should have managed a team of size of at least 4 people (directly + indirectly)

5. Very strong excel as well as ppt skills

6. Experience managing huge data

7. Working experience with analysis tools like power BI/ python/ SQL etc would be an added advantage

8. Should be able to think laterally and throw insights on data, helping with data-based decision making

9. Be able to guide, mentor and lead by example. Be a strong leader.

10. Have worked with investors on financial as well as non- financial business data

11. Routine deliverables include MIS, Variance commentary, Business Plans/ Forecasts

12. Partner with teams within the organization to ensure seamless flow of data within the department.

Deliverables :

1. Identify levers - sales productivity, CAC, Net contribution

2. Identify metrics for different department - bring measure for each deliverable, create organization dashboard

3. Should deliver on internal and external metrics

4. Cohort data delivery, give strength of the business
