Renewal & Customer Campaign Data Role - Insurance Sector

Only Candidates with Experience in the Insurance sector will be evaluated-

The candidate has the responsibility of ensuring the below:

- Persistency campaign design and data allocation along-side daily tracking

- Channel-wise / bucket-wise snapshot on Renewal bucket and 13th-month persistency bucket

- Build Customer snapshot and sanitize data for campaigns, as per channel rules of engagement

- Reporting in terms of dashboards of critical intelligence to Management and Group reporting

- Collaborate with IT to automate Persistency reports, as per function and channel needs

- Ensure appropriate analytical support for all the key business initiatives

- Identification of data discrepancies (viz. Wrong email ids, contact no.) and data clean-up

- Data enrichment through external sources

- Tracking industry data on existing practices across companies practices & strategies around business conservation and persistency and segmentation (customer / channel).
