Roles & Responsibility:
- Think analytically and creatively to develop social media plans across different platforms, creating a strategic framework to set and evaluate goals for every campaign
- Establish processes for monitoring, measurement, and optimization of campaigns daily
- Working knowledge to curate insights from Google Analytics, Google Ads manager, FB Business Manager, native social media platforms and other analytical and listening tools
- Use data and analytics to drive excellence; design and develop reports and dashboards to analyze, track and communicate key metrics
- Drive digital marketing efficiencies through continuous trying different formats and platforms
- Research competition, investigate and set benchmarks and deliver on strategies for improvement and benchmarking
- Developing and implementing digital marketing activities like tweetchats, webinar, etc
- Collaborate with various internal teams to know newsworthy information that can be amplified
- Should be very familiar with macroeconomics, energy transition and renewable energy industry (domestically and internationally. From this familiarity, he/she should be able to identify potential posts, infographics, etc. and be able to create, curate, get internal buy-in and coordinate with the social media agency to post in a timely manner
- Drive the social media agency to achieve the desired results
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8+ yrs of relevant experience in Digital Marketing including social media content development and outreach
- Experience in handling large scale campaign planning and implementation.
- Experience in leadership communication and positioning
- Must possess strong knowledge of Google Adwords, and other analytics
- Demonstrated ability in executing results, with strong attention to detail
- Always on' mindset and ability to think strategically and tactically
