Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conceptualizing offshore Debt Capital Market Transactions

- Ratings Management

- Ensuring Documentation preparedness for transactions

- Preparing Investor Marketing Material

- Managing Smooth Closing for the transaction

- Managing Transaction compliances

Profile & Eligible Criteria:

- CA/Tier I- MBA with 5-8 years of work experience

- Past experience of working on offshore debt capital market transaction either as part of an Issuer's team or as part of JLM team

- Experience in Energy /Utility/Infrastructure preferred

Main Interfaces

- Banks, Rating Agencies, Investors, Lawyers, Other External Advisors

- Internal Operational Teams, Board and Senior Management

Reporting Authority:

- VP Corporate Finance; or

- GM/DGM Corporate Finance
