ReNew Power - Manager - Business Finance

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drive and Program manage Digitalization & Finance transformation initiatives along with process / policy changes

- Work on various finance related process improvement initiatives (Improved Reporting & Forecasting, Financial Analysis etc.)

- Work with Business Finance Controllers on:

- Enhancing / improving the monthly reviews

- Driving efficiency improvement / cost optimization opportunities across business units (i.e., Solar, Wind, Asset Management etc.)

Profile & Eligible Criteria:

- Finance professional - CA / MBA with 5-8 years of strong experience in Finance / Process Improvement Initiatives. Candidates with Consulting experience preferred.

- Expert knowledge of MS-PowerPoint and Excel

- Working knowledge of SAP. Exposure of emerging Digital technologies like Powerbi, Azure etc. will be an added advantage

- Good Communication skills with ability to work with cross functional teams and senior leaders
