Sales Strategy & Results :
- Chart out and Deliver Individual sales plan & targets with the Sales Lead
- Plan out strategies for targeted accounts for repeatable business; maximize wallet share and gather competitive intelligence
- Identification of high potential solutions for the targeted accounts and co-develop strategies to maximize solution penetration
Customer Leadership :- Maintain relationships with key client decision makers to pro-actively present new solutions
- Mapping of decision matrix within the client organization, understand & address what's important to each
- Identifying the key requirements with the key client stakeholder to translate to solutions
Driving Sales Process & Results :- Building high quality proposals addressing all solution requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to build solution design team on new solution roadmaps,
- Prepare account review reports, sales analytics, forecast/gaps reports to drive decision making and performance update.
- Executing impactful sales life cycle process
Sales Capability Building :- Build self-capability by adhering to the training calendar
- Understanding of ReNew products & offerings to build best solution for the clients.
Person Specification :- Market & Industry Insights
- Strong Stakeholder Management & Communication skills
- Ability to handle complex projects
- Excellent organizational skills
- Graduate and MBA from top-tier institutes (B.E./B.Tech. in Engineering would be preferred but not compulsory)
- 8+ years experience in B2B or Institutional Selling
- Proven sales track record and experience as a business development manager
- Experience in the energy sector would be an added advantage
- Experience in facilitating power procurement for corporates is preferred
- Deep connects across industries and the ability to generate leads from potential consumer
