Management Trainee About the organization : - ReNew Power Limited is Indias largest renewable energy IPP (Independent Power Producer) with a capacity of over 8 GW of wind and solar power assets across the country. It develops, builds, owns, and operates utility scale wind and solar energy projects as well as distributed solar energy projects that generate energy for commercial and industrial customers. Key Duties and Responsibilities : - Working directly with the CEO and senior management - Managing senior leadership meetings and monthly business reviews - Aligning business strategy with company's overall business goals and objectives - Designing board level strategy documents and presentations - Evaluating new business opportunities and providing recommendations - Staying on top of global updates in the industry and sharing relevant insights - Managing critical strategic and operational initiatives for the company Functional Competencies : - Full time M.B.A from Premier Institute - 0-2 years experience in designing strategy, board level communication etc. - Persuasiveness and ability put forward ideas - Self-driven and able to deal with ambiguity - Strong analytical and presentation skills - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Reporting Authority : EA to CEO, Corporate Strategy and Planning Location : Gurugram
