Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct learning needs analysis using both structured and informal methods to capture requirements across the organization
- Conceptualize innovative and flexible methods to address developmental needs by crafting learning programs/plans around leadership, functional and technical capabilities
- Execute learning plan, including identification of external training programs and/or vendors, co-design learning solution with internal or external partners and management of logistics/administration of program delivery
- Manage LMS administration and learning program integration
- Design and implement learning and development feedback and evaluation mechanisms
- Track L&D related data and generating regular MIS reports as required
- Monitor and evaluate L&D programs; making continuous improvements in the approach, process and methods as appropriate
- Introduce best practices and cutting edge solutions in current state design and delivery of L&D programs
Profile & Eligible Criteria:
- MBA (HR) from Tier 1 institute and 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an L&D professional
- Knowledge of effective learning and development methods, specifically for leadership and functional learning programs
- Experience with Corporate L&D University will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration
- Experience in project management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
