Roles and Responsibilities:
He/she will be responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing and communication activities for a brand.
The Brand manager will be responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive brand build. He/she should be focused on achieving brand business objectives in the short and long term.
The Brand Manager must be process oriented, metrics drives and have strong research skills and work well in cross-functional environments.
Deliverables:
1. Developing marketing and advertising strategy
2. Draft creative briefs for various collaterals
3. Drive Agency to deliver quality output as per timelines
4. Work with in-house design team to churn out collaterals
5. Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
6. Organize and implement external events
7. Manage sponsorship opportunities
8. Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
9. Work closely with various functions and deliver as per requirements
Skill sets & eligibility criteria:
1. Strategic creativity

3. Strong communication and written skills

5. Hardworking and sincere
6. Dealing with pressure
7. Education & experience: MBA in marketing or master's in mass communication (8 - 12 years of experience) from a reputed college and demonstrate deep knowledge about market research, analytics, thought leadership and brand campaigns and behavior.
8. Should be process oriented, metrics drives and have strong research skills and work well in cross-functional environments.
