Renew Power - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Corporate Finance

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Understanding of various Hedge products available.

2. Discussion with existing and prospective banks for arranging Hedge limits at Corporate and specific Project level.

3. Review and negotiation with banks/ counsels on documentation such as Sanction letter, Risk disclosure statements, Hedging policy, ISDA and other documents for setting up limits.

4. Advance planning with multiple strategies to deal with exiting and upcoming exposures.

5. Preparation and analysis of Hedge strategies for management for taking decision

6. Timely and effective transaction Execution with banks.

7. Evaluation of Hedge Exposure on regular intervals.

8. Assist Accounts and other stakeholders for Hedge Effectiveness Testing on regular intervals.

9. Efficient and effective Database Management in TRM of SAP.

10. Timely and proper Fx settlements on due dates.

11. Preparation of Statutory Certificates such as Quarterly UHFC certificates, Annual certificates etc.

12. Knowledge of RBI and FEMA regulations.

Profile & Eligible Criteria:

- CA/CA Inter/MBA from Premium Institute
