ReNew Power - AGM/DGM - Investor Relations

Roles and responsibilities :

- Manage relations & build material to communicate with existing and potential investors and keep them abreast of the latest developments, result declarations, investment pitches & query resolutions

- Support execution of ReNew's investor targeting strategy & outreach

- Prepare IR materials, including reports, presentations, news releases & investor meetings & earnings releases; work with internal & external stakeholders across functions to collate data for this

- Regular review of all analyst coverage and addressing concern areas

- Analyze stock price movements, ownership analysis, investment community's perception of how the company is being managed, and their view of its financial results and assist & support in the development of IR strategy

- Help coordinate investor conferences, roadshows, conference calls, financial releases & investor meetings

- Developing communication material to proactively address investor/analyst requirements

- Work with the corporate communications team and maintain relationships with a portfolio of key market participants and media firms

- Ensure adherence to SEC & other domestic & foreign regulatory guidelines related to IR

Profile & eligibility criteria :

- Education : Graduate or Post Graduate degree, preferably in finance with total experience of 8-10 years & 3-5 years of relevant experience

- Skills : Pitch Book Building, Financial Modelling, Inter-personal skills. Knowledge in investor platforms

- Experience : Should have previously worked with a listed company.

- Strong network with the financial community of investors, analysts and brokers.

- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to manage opinion in a positive manner and an eye for details

- Should be self-starter with experience in a fast paced, multitask oriented environment and ability to manage tasks within compressed deadlines

- Ability to develop relationships and collaborate within the company

- Experience of IR in a globally listed company (shares or ADRs) is preferred
