Business Partnering for the assigned business verticals :
Recruitment, Job Grading & Attrition :
- Participation in achievement of Business plan
- Participate in Interviews
- Collaborate with the Function, identified the GAPs, prepare action plan.
- Ensure Job grading for all employees
- Interaction with GM/VP/VO on the status and Plan
- Ensure adherence of Attrition KPI
Training & Development :
- Participation in identification of Training plan for all employees
- Ensuring achieving the Man-hours planned for all employees
- Ensuring attendance of employees as per KPI
- Career development plan for employees based on mobility committee
Talent Management :
- Participate in the Talent committee at the functional level (EHPP)
- Ensuring retention of talent in collaboration with talent management team
- Design Succession plan for Key talents and key job positions
PMS & Talent Engagement :
- Ensure the following is completed in time & according to the company guidelines
- KPI setting for Current employees & New Joiners
- Mid review completion
- Behavioral competency assessment
- Promotion and salary increase for the respective functional business unit
- Ensure participation and engagement of employees in the company initiatives.
Operational Excellence :
- Participation, Maintenance and follow up of
- Employee Interaction
- HR Dashboards
