Job Description: Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Location: Coimbator, Tamil Nadu

Position Overview:

weare seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and strategic insight, with a background in engineering and business management. The role requires strong analytical skills, exposure to financial modeling, sales data analysis, and the ability to handle MIS, internal reporting, and strategy analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support:

- Assist the Managing Director in developing and implementing business strategies.

- Conduct detailed financial modeling to support decision-making and strategic planning.

- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and sales data to provide actionable insights.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Prepare, review, and present sales data, MIS reports, and other internal performance metrics.

- Identify key trends, variances, and improvement opportunities in operational and financial data.

- Develop dashboards for tracking KPIs and generating periodic updates.

Financial and Operational Modeling:

- Build and analyze financial models to forecast business performance and assess investment opportunities.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

Business Coordination:

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, ensure timely reporting, and align on strategic goals.

- Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.

Executive-Level Reporting:

- Create high-quality presentations and reports for board meetings, leadership reviews, and strategy discussions.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness in all executive communications and documents.

Project Management:

- Monitor and follow up on critical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

- Provide inputs and updates to the Managing Director on ongoing initiatives and their progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: BE/B.Tech (Engineering) and MBA (Marketing/Finance) from a reputed institution.

- Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience in financial modeling, sales data analysis, and reporting.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.

- Familiarity with ERP systems and MIS software.

Key Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Attributes:

Exposure to the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
