- As the CEO, you will be responsible for business growth, profitability, and operational excellence while fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute the company's strategic vision, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

- Drive P&L ownership with a strong focus on financial performance, business model optimization, and cost efficiency.

- Oversee manufacturing operations, supply chain, and business process improvements.

- Implement innovative financial modeling, global customer management, and business expansion strategies.

- Lead and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.

- Ensure compliance with company laws, internal controls, and corporate governance standards.

- Leverage expertise in SWOT analysis, profit planning, and risk management to optimize business performance.

Key Requirements:

- 4-5 years of experience as a P&L Head, Business Leader, or Strategic Growth Expert.

- Strong expertise in financial modeling, global customer management, and business process management.

- Proficiency in cost management, sales, marketing, and operations within the FMCG sector.

- Hands-on experience in manufacturing, team leadership, and monthly reporting systems.

- Exceptional communication skills, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.

- Age: Below 53 years.
