Job Description:
- Maintaining Business Relationships & Customer Experience Management, Retention, Voice/Non Voice / Digital Servicing, Service Quality, Grievances, Front-end / Back-end Operations, in startups and established businesses.
- Managing Online Sales & Client Acquisition
- Understanding the current consumer behavior pattern and building refined business processes, improving customer relationship and developing strategic marketing approach.
- Strategizing & Planning for B2C Business
- Designing of Digital & Social Media Plan for driving the Digital Sales
Education Required:
- Post Graduate Degree preferred in Sales and Marketing
- Any additional degree in Digital Marketing
Experience Required:
- Good understanding of Lead Generation for B2C for financial services products.
- Understanding of Fin-Tech Start-Ups
- Proven expertise in Business Planning, New Business Development, Sales Leadership, Leading and Mentoring large cross functional team with an aim to drive organizational performance.
