- Sales Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive sales strategies for institutional clients for PMS and AIF business.
- To deepen engagements with various institutional clients and family offices to drive firms' business and build long term relationships.
- To be able to communicate effectively about the performance of the funds and other salient features like risk measures, alpha creation and drivers of portfolio performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the institutional sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Institutional clients, understanding their investment needs, and providing tailored solutions and services.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, market trends, and other relevant metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) preferred.
- Extensive experience in institutional sales within the wealth management or asset management indsutry, with a proven track record.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with institutional clients and stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
