The person would be primarily responsible for the following :
- Building and managing the database of education 'experts' of the industry
- Nourishing relationships with the stakeholders ; Compile and update 'experts' records - Assisting with day to day operations of HR functions and duties
- Grievance Handling & 'experts' Engagement
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment training grievances,performance evaluations etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
- Deal with 'expert's' requests regarding human resource issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Seeing the company through with the mutually set targets and deadlines
