Position: Remedy Architect

10+ years of experience

Primary Skills required

Primary skills:

1. Very strong ARS and ITSM skills in the areas of Installation, Configuration, Customization, and Integration with third party tools.

2. Hands on experience in upgrade and patches.

3. Hands on experience in SRM, SLM and RKM

4. Experience in implementing CMDB and Web services.

5. Hands on experience in performance tuning (ARS and DB)

6. Excellent in troubleshooting and bottleneck elimination

7. Experience in analytics and dashboard

8. Excellent in development and creating work flow objects

9. Knowledge on ARS database and its structures is a must.

Secondary Skills required

Secondary skills:

1. Good Team player and excellent mentor.

2. Positive Hands-on experience in working under tremendous work pressure and shifts.

3. Good presentation, communication, and co-ordination skills to work with geographically distributed clients.

4. Specialized in Support, Maintenance /or development Projects.

5. Must have Knowledge of ITIL Process. ITIL v3 certified is a plus.

6. Ability to coordinate with business teams effectively.
