Religare Finvest Ltd. is looking for an "Manager/Sr. Manager-Business Analyst" for its Noida office.

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Good understanding of the business, processes and systems to effectively interface between technology and business within Lending Domain either in housing, consumer or commercial lending.

2. Responsible for analysis and enhancement of business requirements towards existing business applications within NBFC stack such as Customer Acquisition System / Loan Origination, Loan Management/Servicing System, Collection & Re-possession System, Mobility & CRM, Treasury Management, ALM XBRL, etc.

3. Must have skills in Business System Analysis and Requirement gathering/documentation (BRD/FRS Creation).

4. Must have comfort on Loan Management & Collection Management for SME & Housing Loans.

5. Strong understanding of Loan Management and Collection Management System & experience of supporting key departments for bureau reporting, NPA Provisioning, ALM XBRL Reporting, GL System, etc. is highly desired for this role.
