Job Purpose :
To shape the "Digital Business" for Religare broking and help in building its "Digital Transformation" agenda. Responsible to manage and grow the user base for the firm. Craft and execute the strategy around digital customer acquisition (leads, conversion across digital products, funnel management and performance management). The user base will be acquired for Stock Broking, Mutual Funds, Bonds, and other investment products.
Reporting To : Head - Products and Marketing
Direct Reports : 1-2
Key Competencies : Own and optimize the acquisition funnel from top of the funnel to account opening, influence decision-making at all levels within an organization and influence non-directs through data and a vision in a variety of contexts, Strong analytical skills with the ability to find, analyze, and distil data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Work on initiatives/levers to increase the traffic on the digital platforms (Website and Mobile) with an objective to increase conversion from new/existing consumers and drive new customer acquisition and customer engagement across both digital (SEO, Paid Search, Affiliates, Email/CRM, Online Display, Social) and offline marketing channels
2. Analyze user journeys to identify improvement areas to increase visitors and conversions on our website and platform(s)
3. Improve conversion funnel continuously using daily and weekly optimization of digital journey
4. Identify and implement levers across the platforms/channels with the help of cross-functional teams aimed at improving the customer experience and ensuring seamless journeys.
5. Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests. Drive a mindset of building a pipeline of multiple experiments in digital marketing to drive growth
6. Own and manage a P&L on the customer acquisition/growth
7. ROI in line with the business/management expectations
8. Drive and manage marketing budgets and campaigns for driving user growth through various Digital SME channels
Any Graduate / Post Graduate with minimum 15 years' experience in Customer Acquisition - Performance Marketing (BFSI preferred)
