- Complete responsibility of vendor development for the category
- Maximize business profitability by driving category margins
- Own complete responsible for driving category margin targets
- Responsible for category level fulfillment - Min 98%
- Responsible for driving quality Catalog size & growth, Overall Assortment, Quality Supplier base across PAN India Level
- Responsible for Category Vendor NPS
- Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets
- Manage vendor relationships manage supplier/partner contracts, manage day-to-day relationships, and negotiate and secure marketing funds
- Follow & Implement Operational guidelines & SOP by BD & AM team members
- Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential.
Ideal Candidate :
- 5 -12 years experience, at least 2 - 3 years as Business Development Manager
- Prior experience with large eCommerce companies is mandatory.
- Should have good experience in Vendor development and vendor relationship,
- Well versed to supplier landscape & have relationships in place.
