L&D - Capability Building Manager with Reliance Retail
Role: Sr. Manager / Chief Manager: Capability Building
Reports to: Lead Capability Building
Educational Qualification:1. MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management
2. Professional Certification in L&D through any accredited associations is preferred
Work Experience1. 7-12 years of experience in the L&D domain having conceptualized and managed various outcome based learning programs
2. End to end program management that includes need analysis, content development, delivery and effectiveness measurement
Responsibilities:1. Conceptualize training and development framework for the targeted New/existing Business verticals
2. Conduct various learner surveys in order to identify knowledge/skill gaps that are affecting job deliverables
3. Actively liaise with business stakeholders in order to define the learning needs across Business/Functions
4. Conduct job analysis of identified job groups in order to define the role/level based capability development framework
5. Create learning designs and development journeys based on the established capability framework
6. Support New businesses optimize the learning curve by defining role based capability certifications
7. Develop training content, learning aids, assessments, surveys etc as a part of the capability certification programs
8. Partner with Business HR and reporting managers in order to plan periodic learning reviews
9. Manage the defined Learning Journeys in the LMS portal
10. Design and publish periodic Learning Dashboards and learner certifications
11. Define Training effectiveness matrices in order to measure learning outcomes and application to job role
12. Project manage multiple development programs that are rolled out simultaneously
