- On developing Functional Skills like Making Effective Sales Call, Negotiating, Product Knowledge. Developing Modules for Train The Trainer & Training of Front-Line

- Develop a Market Execution Metric and work with Third Party to measure and publish results on a monthly/ quarterly basis
- Manage Life Cycle of Sales Force , through JMK Team, Own Field Force & concerned Third Party Service Providers

b. Payroll management for field-force
c. Learning & Engagement
d. Incentive and other R&R Programs
- Develop Technology Solutions For
a. Sales Force Order Taking From Kirana & other targeted customers
b. Distributor and Super-Stockist Secondary Sales
c. Inventory Management and Stock replenishment for Distributor & Super Stockists
- Work Closely with Jio Mart Kirana, Product and Technology teams to develop solutions to evolving business requirements

Qualifications and Previous Experience:
- Top B-Schools: Post-Graduation in Marketing with 10+ Years of Experience in FMCG industry
- Multi Organization Experience: Preferably with two or three lead FMCG organizations having multi product portfolio
- Already Done a Similar Role in Previous Organization/s would be preferred
- Expertise on MS Office , Reporting Tools
