Reliance Retail - Program Manager

Job Description :

- Create and own program roadmap for seller initiatives

- Work closely with multiple stakeholders including seller cluster teams, sales team, category teams and other cross functional teams to drive programs

- Continuously iterate to improve already launched programs and processes and drive adoption of the new product/initiatives

- Develop strong root causing mechanism to deep dive on issues and drive course correction

- Work with Product teams to enable technology based solutions for seller initiatives

- Create reporting and dashboards for key selection metrics to illustrate progress against goals to support team activities and report to management on weekly/monthly basis.

- Conduct deep dive analysis and provide routine executive-level reporting on the current business and future opportunities.

- Publish recommendations and action plans based on data.
